- A March 2021 amendment required IgA nephropathy background medication in addition to ACE inhibitor/ARB therapy to be stable for at least 90 days before first dose and throughout the study, and changed the pharmacological steroid threshold from more than 10 mg/day to more than 7.5 mg/day prednisone/prednisolone equivalent.
- Change from baseline in eGFR at 9 months was promoted from exploratory to secondary and added to the interim testing strategy in April 2022, then removed from the testing strategy in March 2023 following FDA alignment.
