1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Intel Agent, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization.

2. The service

Intel Agent and the EU Trial Intelligence plugin support research into recorded clinical trials, sites, investigators and providers. You can compare evidence, create visualizations and save research projects and Custom views. Available results depend on recorded data and your account access. Saved research represents a frozen selection; it does not automatically refresh when the underlying records change.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Use the service only for lawful professional purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not submit identifiable patient data or content you do not have permission to use.

4. AI-generated outputs

Intel Agent outputs are evidence-based decision support, not medical, legal or regulatory advice. AI-generated findings may contain errors or omissions. You must apply qualified clinical, statistical, legal and regulatory review before relying on a report or making a trial decision.

5. Account access, pricing and payment

Free research includes up to ten results per table and supports Custom views using the accessible data. Active full access applies across the account's projects, including authorized use in ChatGPT; connecting an account alone does not activate full access. Subscription scope, price, billing period, renewal, taxes, cancellation and refund information are shown on the website before purchase. There is no purchase or checkout operation in the ChatGPT plugin.

6. Ownership and confidentiality

You retain rights in the materials you submit. Trial Agents retains rights in the service, software, methods, templates and underlying platform. Each party remains responsible for protecting confidential information it receives.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every output will be complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and any separate written agreement.

8. Changes, suspension and contact

We may update the service or these terms and may suspend access where necessary for security, non-payment or material breach. Questions about these terms can be sent to intel@trialagents.com.
